Dietary Restriction and Allergies

We are not a nut-free or certified gluten-free bakery, but we take the utmost care in cleaning our equipment and keeping ingredients separate from one another. That said, if you have a severe allergy, we recommend avoiding our product.

How do I place an order?

Do you deliver in Houston?

Yes! You can place Pre-Orders on our website for local Houston delivery.  

  • Houston $50 minimum local order for delivery within 4 mile radius of our bakeshop. For local orders under $50 please choose your preferred delivery services. 

  • Houston surrounding areas (more than 4 miles from store) Pearland, Sugar land and Tomball delivery please email us at for your delivery quote 

How can I get a last-minute cake for today?

Visit our locations! For last-minute treats visit our bakeshop, first come, first served! We are unable to hold treats or take payment over the phone. 

What are your best-sellers?

Our signature Carrot Bundt Cake, our Red Velvet Bundt Cake, and our Lemon Bundt Cake

How do I store my items and what is the shelf life?

  • OUR CAKES ARE BEST SERVED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
  • KEEP REFRIGERATED UNTIL A COUPLE OF HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
  • ONCE CAKE IS REMOVED FROM THE REFRIGERATOR, CAREFULLY REMOVE 
  • CUT YOUR CAKE AND ENJOY!

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! You can order directly to your door on our site HERE

How far in advance do I have to order to make sure my bundt cakes arrive on time?

We ask for 5 days notice from the delivery date selected (you can choose Wednesday-Friday). We ship UPS 2nd Day Air service, due to COVID-19 and other extenuating circumstances may affect shipment dates. We recommend choosing a delivery date 1-2 days in advance of your event to ensure it arrives on time.

Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?

At this time we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. 

Do you accept corporate or bulk orders?

Yes! Email email for details about corporate orders. We do ask for a minimum of two weeks to place an order.

Why is my ordered delayed?

While UPS does everything they can to ensure packages arrive on time to their destinations, depending on holiday, weather and unprecedented shipping volume, especially for perishable goods, delays do happen. Once an outgoing shipment has left our bakery facility, The Baker's Man can no longer be responsible for any carrier-related delays and we are unable to offer refunds for delays or damaged items caused by shipping delays or mishandling, per our Refund Policy.

I would like to ship a cake that says "Happy Birthday!" Can I add an inscription to a shipping order?

We do not offer cake inscriptions on shipped orders. However, you can specify a gift note before checking out. Your gift note will be on the invoice that is included in the shipping box.
